Franchise Law

  • Hoffman v. Midas International Corporation, Case No. 00 CH 9878 (Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois). We represented franchisees in dispute with a franchisor over franchisor's development of a company-owned franchise location which was alleged to adversely affect interests of plaintiff franchisees.

  • Zeal Enterprises v. Spallone, Case No. 98 CH 787 (Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois). We represented our client in invalidating a defective franchise agreement.
