The plaintiff alleged the breach of an oral contract. Our brief established that the alleged contract was unenforceable and persuaded the judge court to dismiss the claim against our client because it lacked a clear duration period. When the plaintiff requested leave to amend its complaint with new claims against our client, the judge again agreed with us and refused to allow the filing of the complaint.
